UX Designer

The company is looking for a passionate UX Designer. You’re not only designing for aesthetic appeal, but also for purpose, functionality, persuasion and conversion.

Personal traits and qualifications we are looking for:

Forward thinking design skills -

• Being up to date on web design trends, flat design, responsive web design
• Conversion centric design
• User experience & usability
• Interaction design
  

You don’t design “web pages” - you design entire experiences

Qualification

• Experience - 1-2 years designing websites.
• Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• Responsive web design
• Passionate about UX design - You are a self starter and have a keen attention to detail
• Impeccable communication skills You know when to escalate things to your team members and solve the problem. You are not happy until the work is presentable.
• Ability to multitask and still keep attention to detail and thoroughness.

The following is preferred but not necessary:

• Knowledge of HubSpot
• Experience with B2B - You understand what a website designed for business buyers needs to look like.
• Knowledge of SEO
• knowledge of HTML5, CSS3
  

Daily tasks

• Build interactive prototypes using your designs using Figma.
• Develop concepts and design entire user experiences according to wireframes, site map, and conversion objectives.
• Apply typography, photography, color and illustrations appropriately to create modern-looking visual solutions.
• Submit your designs to usability tests, and conversion testing. If something doesn't work suggest changes to maximize conversion.
